Messa Computing is currently recruiting a Programmer/Analyst for an upcoming long term contract opportunity.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a valid Secret Level II Security Clearance;
The proposed resource must have successfully completed a diploma of an acceptable post-secondary education program in computer science, information technology or another specialty relevant to the required position;
Minimum of 10 years experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from Requirements analysis, Functional Specifications and Detailed Design, development, testing and implementation;
1+ years Experience integrating Remedy Action Request System (ARS) with external software;
1+ years Experience with Remedy Action Request (ARS) version 6.x or above;
5+ years Experience developing Remedy Action Request System (ARS) applications in a Unix environment;
1+ Development experience with Remedy Web Services or Remedy AR Web;
1+ Experience in an Enterprise Systems Management Environment that included but not limited to Network Management Systems, IT Service Management applications such as Incident and Problem Management, Service Desk, IT Alert Monitoring tools, Performance and Capacity monitoring tools;
2+ years Experience the Remedy Email engine 6.x and above;
Experience with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL);
Experience as a lead resource in upgrading ARS system from one major release to an other (ex. From version 6.x to version 7.x).
Minimum of 8 years experience developing applications in Remedy Action Request System (ARS);
